Terms of Service — Laser Grid Untangle

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Laser Grid Untangle ("the App"), developed by Baybars Interactive ("the Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use cheats, automation, modified clients or any unauthorised third-party software to interfere with the App, its leaderboards, its ads or its purchases;
  • manipulate leaderboard scores, saved progress or purchase records;
  • rent, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the App;
  • use the App in any unlawful way.

3. Google Play Games (Optional)

The App can use Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and cloud save. Signing in is optional and is governed by Google's own terms. Your leaderboard name and score may be visible to other players. We are not responsible for the availability of Google's services, and we may remove leaderboard entries we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating.

4. Advertising

The App is free to play and is supported by advertising. It shows interstitial ads (for example, between levels) and rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit such as a hint or extra moves. Ads are provided by third-party networks; we do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites or products they link to. How advertising data is handled, and how you can change your consent choices, is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchase — "Remove Ads"

  • What it does: "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes interstitial ads from the App. Rewarded ads remain available, because you choose whether to watch them.
  • Payment: All purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. Prices are shown in the store before you confirm and may include taxes.
  • Restoring: The purchase is linked to your Google account. You can restore it after reinstalling or on another device from Settings → Restore purchases, using the same Google account.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund or withdrawal that you have under the consumer laws of your country.

6. In-Game Items and Progress

Hints, skill credits, daily-streak rewards, stars and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may adjust how these items are earned or used as the game is updated.

Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use Google Play Games, backed up to your own Google account. We do not operate a server that holds your progress, so we cannot recover progress that was lost when the App was uninstalled or its data cleared without a cloud backup.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including its code, graphics, sounds, level designs, name and logo — are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, and some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts that are competent under that law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, for example by cheating or tampering with purchases. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply after termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you, for example through the App or its store listing. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
