This Privacy Notice explains how Baybars Interactive ("Baybars Interactive", "we", "us") handles information when you visit our website at baybarsinteractive.com (the "Website"). We are committed to collecting as little data as possible and to being transparent about the data we do process.
1. Scope
This notice applies only to the Website. Each of our games is covered by its own privacy policy, because the services a game relies on — and the data they process — differ from game to game — see Section 11 below.

3. Information We Process
The Website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or advertising, and it never asks you to provide personal information.
- Technical connection data. When you visit the Website, your browser automatically sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page requested and the time of the request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data in order to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse and attacks.
- Aggregated usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Website is used — for example, which pages are visited, the referring website, browser type and country. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not identify or fingerprint individual visitors. We receive aggregated reports only.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to respond to you.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website does not set cookies and does not use local storage or similar technologies to track you.
5. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process the data described above to operate and secure the Website, to understand and improve how it is used, and to answer your enquiries. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in running a secure and well-functioning website and in responding to the people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; Article 5(2)(f) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, "KVKK").

The Website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our service provider and processes data on our behalf. For more information, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. International Data Transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Cloudflare's data protection commitments and applicable legal safeguards.
8. Data Retention
Technical connection data and analytics data are retained by Cloudflare in accordance with its own retention policies; we only have access to aggregated reports. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet any legal obligations.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
