Data Deletion — Pixel Logic
Pixel Logic has no account or sign-in, so most of your data is only on your device. You have two ways to have data deleted.
1. Delete the data on your device yourself
Uninstall the App, or open Android Settings > Apps > Pixel Logic > Storage > Clear data. This deletes your puzzle progress, unfinished puzzle, settings and the saved "Remove Ads" ownership marker from your device. If you bought Remove Ads, Google Play still has the purchase on your Google account, and the App restores it when you reinstall and choose Restore purchases.
2. Ask us to delete data we or our analytics service hold
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google) for usage and crash data (see the Privacy Policy). To ask us to delete the data linked to your device:
- Email info@baybarsinteractive.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your Android advertising ID (Android Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads), the device model, and roughly when you used the App. We cannot know who you are without an identifier, so we can only find data you help us identify.
- We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your data.
- We aim to complete the request within 30 days.
Data held by the advertising networks that serve ads in the App (Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay) is controlled by those companies; use their privacy tools (links in the Privacy Policy, Section 2).
What we cannot delete
Purchase records: Google Play, not us, records that a purchase was made and keeps it as a financial and tax record. You can manage it in your Google Play account.
